First visit with Dr. Mel
Michele recommended that I go see her Naturopath Dr. Mel to see why my body has survived so long on less than no iron.
Yesterday I had my first visit with Dr. Mel. We chatted for over an hour and a half before she gave me the biggest shot in the arm I have ever seen in real life.
I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to understand why their bodies respond to life and stress the way it does.
Her recommendations for my health include but are not limited to:
-- 6 x 6oz of wine per week maximum
-- yoga 1 x week
-- hike 1 x week
-- CLIF bars, which she shared with me - from Costco
-- Protein shake in the morning
-- a monthly follow up for another shot
